* Loading a non-sparse notebook would say "Not loading full NOTE"

Right now it's pretty bare-bones and read-only, since THIS one at least
isn't intended to be used by anyone else but me, I'll only be building
it out and adding functionality as I find it necessary.

Additionally, tests still need to be updated to match.
